what a wonderful stay, no complains at all. nice hot breakfast with a good choice of options, ideal and spotless place. very good service, excellent and wonderful position in nice neighborhood. also - just next door to restaurants, cafes and a great grocery store across the road, the french quarter and hip, trendy bars and restaurants, and passing weddings/local bars.

Really enjoyed our rooms with gorgeous art. The hotel had a central location and it was minute walk from Washington Square Park. The staff was very very helpful and top-class, we had early check in. The staff were more than helpful and always smiling.

Variety of good hot breakfast items to choose from. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a living area and an electric kettle in the room. Great location in a nice area of NOLA and easy access to chemist's and a supermarket...

Great and perfect location, it's set near to two grocery stores as well as restaurants, cafes and a great grocery store. Faubourg Marigny district is worth your attention. Rooms are reasonably spacious with bedroom and porch outside plus the garden view, food is delightful.

All good — we loved this brand-new hotel — the food was amazing and the staff were superfriendly. It was in a marvellous and perfect location next to Kajun's Pub.

The king suite I stayed in was newly decorated and big size with beautiful garden. The hotel was placed in the central location out to the zoo.

We loved staying at this charming guest house. The manager, Joshua, was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the courtyard outside was a lovely place to relax. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Overall I highly recommend this place for your stay.

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect, not too far away from a Bourbon street. Plus, it was really close to the garden area and magazine Street and the Mississippi and the parade.

The restaurant was great with upscale food at decent prices, we ordered upscale dishes. The bathroom was good size with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets;))

Newly remodelled and large rooms had an electric kettle and a seating area. The unbeatable and magnificent location was within short walking distance to Banksy's Rain Girl. The check-in was early and the staff was very very helpful. All the staff were more than helpful to make my stay really nice.

Overall had just perfect stay for 2 nights at the end of a deep south trip. In general the room was recently refurbished and well-appointed with comfy bed, and I loved it. A living room and an electric kettle were a very nice touch. The hotel was in an unbeatable location near local restaurants, and the French Quarter or the Bywater district.

I must comment on its central location - it was awesome. The hotel provides a helpful service.

Loads of character, exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Nice outdoor space with replanted flowers after a freak-freeze. Clean with plenty of space to roam. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Surprisingly quiet and plenty of hot water. Great morning sun in bathroom.
